At Asklepia Health, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent appointment booking experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for both website bookings and WhatsApp AI Agent bookings.
1. Appointment Cancellation
Patients may cancel an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee or no refund, depending on the circumstances.

2. Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests after this period may not be accommodated.
3. Refunds
Fully refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Partial or no refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, depending on the case.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. No-Show Policy
If a patient does not attend the scheduled appointment and has not cancelled in advance, the consultation fee will not be refunded.
5. Service Issues
If an appointment is cancelled by Asklepia Health (doctor unavailability, technical issues, etc.), a full refund will be issued, or the patient may choose to reschedule at no extra cost.
6. Online Payments & Transactions
All payments made via website, WhatsApp AI Agent, or in-person will be acknowledged with a receipt.
Any disputes regarding payments must be reported within 7 days of the transaction.
