At Asklepia Health, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent appointment booking experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for both website bookings and WhatsApp AI Agent bookings.


1. Appointment Cancellation

  • Patients may cancel an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee or no refund, depending on the circumstances.

2. Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling requests after this period may not be accommodated.

  • Requests can be made via WhatsApp AI Agent, phone, or email.


3. Refunds

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Partial or no refund if cancelled within 24 hours, depending on the case.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • All WhatsApp communications related to refunds are transactional only, not advisory.


4. No-Show Policy

  • If a patient does not attend the scheduled appointment and has not cancelled in advance, the consultation fee will not be refunded.


5. Service Issues

  • If an appointment is cancelled by Asklepia Health (doctor unavailability, technical issues, etc.), the patient will receive:

    • Full refund, or

    • Option to reschedule at no extra cost.

  • Notifications about such issues will be sent via WhatsApp, email, or phone.


6. Online Payments & Transactions

  • All payments via website, WhatsApp AI Agent, or in-person will be acknowledged with a receipt.

  • Payment disputes must be reported within 7 days of the transaction.

  • WhatsApp messages related to payments are strictly transactional.
